Infinity Pool, Breathtaking Sea Views, Well-Equipped Gym

Reception is severely understaffed, leading to frustrating wait times!!! The shower temperature inconsistencies made for an unpleasant bathing experience. The food choices were repetitive, lacking creativity and variety for longer stays!!! Lack of effective cleaning in common areas shouldn't be overlooked.

It’s not perfect, but It’s memorable

Just returned from a week away where we enjoyed generous buffet meals and beautiful pools. The family room was clean and modern, perfect for relaxing after a day at the nearby beach. While some concerns existed, our holiday was enjoyable enough to consider returning.

Breathtaking views at a cost

The spacious family room offered stunning ocean views each morning. The well-maintained infinity pool allowed for quiet swims, a perfect way to unwind after busy days. Our kids loved the engaging splash park nearby.

The connectivity issues in the reception area were frustrating, and the buffet dining felt a bit repetitive, making meals less exciting towards the end of our stay. A few more vegetarian options would have been appreciated.

The sea view room was excellent, but the dining area felt too loud.

Had an awesome time with friends! The facilities were really cool, with a bunch of sports activities like tennis, volleyball, and water games every day. The outdoor pool was pretty refreshing, and we loved the entertainment shows six times a week. The gym and games room were great additions too, especially with the giant chess! Definitely would recommend for a fun group getaway!

One downside was the service at reception. When we needed to change our room, the staff was pretty dismissive, which put a dampener on our arrival.

I had a great stay with lovely food selection and enjoyed the infinity pool without the crowd. however, the dining area felt a bit too much like a canteen at times. I'd definitely come back!

we had a fabulous week at the maxorata! it’s a large complex situated right across from a beautiful beach, perfect for relaxing days. the pools are excellent, though a bit cool. the bar staff was lovely and made our experience even better. having access to cold water stations around the hotel was a real help for staying hydrated, especially between dips.

The hotel was a large complex with tons of sunbeds, so you didn’t have to wake up early to grab a spot. The maid cleaned our room every day which was a relief, you know, cleanliness is important! !

I enjoyed my stay at the Maxorata. The cleanliness of the rooms stood out, and I appreciated how spacious my family room was, featuring two separate areas. The comfortable beds made for great nights of sleep. Food options were decent with a variety of choices, although I noticed limited vegetarian options. On the downside, our shower had an issue with clogging, which was inconvenient. The staff were mostly polite, but a few seemed a bit distant, which could be improved with a warmer approach. the decor of the hotel felt modern and well-kept, but it would benefit from some updates in certain areas, especially the towels that appeared a bit worn. Parking was easy, and the beach was conveniently close, making it a pleasant walk to enjoy the sunset from the pool bar.

Just a solid selection for a city holiday in Morro Jable with exceptional value. The gym, sauna, and jacuzzi were great perks to have for free. Learn a few phrases in Spanish or Italian to make the most of your experience.
